Welcome to EliteFab Premium Drycleaners ("EliteFab," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, booking a pickup, or using any of our dry cleaning, laundry, or upholstery cleaning services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Offered

EliteFab provides dry cleaning, premium laundry, steam ironing, sofa and carpet cleaning, curtain and blanket cleaning, shoe cleaning, and doorstep pickup & delivery across our serviceable locations. Service availability may vary depending upon location and may change without prior notice.

2. Booking and Pickup

Pickups can be scheduled through our website, mobile application, phone call, or WhatsApp. Customers must provide accurate contact information, pickup address, and details of items. EliteFab reserves the right to reschedule or decline pickup or delivery slots due to operational requirements with reasonable prior notice.

3. Item Inspection and Acceptance

All garments and household items are inspected and tagged during pickup or drop-off. Existing damages, discoloration, loose accessories, or fabric defects will be noted wherever possible. EliteFab may decline processing any item considered unsuitable because of its condition, delicate nature, or fabric composition.

4. Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is approximately four working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on garment type, stain treatment requirements, seasonal demand, and service area. Estimated delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are based on the current rate card at the time of booking and may change without prior notice. Additional charges for stain removal, premium fabric care, or express delivery will be communicated whenever applicable. Payments must be completed through approved payment methods.

6. Liability for Loss or Damage

EliteFab follows a documented quality-control process for every order. However, in the unlikely event of loss or damage during processing, our liability shall be limited to ten times the cleaning charge of the affected item or its assessed depreciated value, whichever is lower.

EliteFab shall not be responsible for damage resulting from manufacturing defects, existing wear and tear, colour bleeding, embellishments, hidden fabric defects, or incorrect care instructions supplied by the customer.

7. Unclaimed Items

Items remaining unclaimed for more than thirty (30) days after notification shall be treated as abandoned. EliteFab reserves the right to dispose of or donate such items after making reasonable attempts to contact the customer.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Pickup and delivery requests may be cancelled or rescheduled within a reasonable period before the scheduled time, subject to operational feasibility and company policy.

9. Customer Conduct

Customers agree to provide accurate information, treat our staff respectfully, and refrain from submitting illegal, hazardous, prohibited, or contaminated items for cleaning.

10. Website Use

All text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, and website content belong exclusively to EliteFab Premium Drycleaners and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, EliteFab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

12. Amendments

EliteFab reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
